Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Roll the dough into a 12-inch round. Place dough into a 9-inch, 1 1/2 inches deep pie plate.

In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients. Combine the 2 mixtures. Blend well.


Pour mixture into the crust-lined pie plate and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350 degrees F; bake 40-50 minutes until filling is set.


Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Top with whipped cream before serving.
