Make zucchini fritters in 3 easy parts: - Shred the zucchini - Make the batter - Fry the fritters

Shred zucchini using a grater. Sprinkle with salt. Set aside for 15 mins. Then squeeze out all the water.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients using a spoon or spatula. Season with salt & pepper. Whisk & blend well.

Heat oil in a pan. Scoop the batter according to the desired amount. Fry for 3-5 minutes each side.
