Instructions
In a bowl, combine and mix the sugars, flour & spices. Then set aside. Get another bowl for the apples. Toss them with lemon juice. After that, add sugar mixture. Do more tossing to coat the apples.
Beat egg white until foamy and brush over pastry. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover the edges loosely with foil.
Preheat your oven and bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20-25 minutes longer or until crust is a bit golden brown and filling has bubbles. Let it cool on a wire rack.
Add a scoop of your flavored ice cream on top. (Optional)
