Easy to make banana bread with only 5 ingredients! It's flourless and gluten free. Tasty and moist. Easy to whip up, just blend the ingredients and bake!
1/2cupchocolate chips as toppings or mix insif using do not blend with other ingredients
1/4cupnuts of choice as toppings or mix ins (I used almonds)if using do not blend with other ingredients
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350 degree F. Prepare loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with oil.
In a blender, make the batter by blending all ingredients until smooth. Start by putting the bananas first, next the oats, eggs, maple syrup or honey and lastly, baking soda. Mix with a spoon from time to time in between blend to fully combine. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Let it cool and serve.
Notes
Bread will come out darker depending on the sweetener used. I used dark maple syrup.
Preheat oven at the right temperature to avoid over or under baking. Invest in an oven thermometer or preheat oven for at least 20 minutes.
