115 oz canchickpeasdrained, rinsed, dried
1tablespoonolive oil or any cooking oil
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
1teaspoondried oregano
1teaspoondried chive flakes
Instructions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Spread them on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and pat them completely dry. Remove any loose skins if you have time.
Place the chickpeas in a bowl. Add the oil. Coat the chickpeas with oil first before adding salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and dried chive flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes, until crispy and golden. No need to preheat the air fryer.
Let the chickpeas cool for a few minutes before serving. They'll become crispier as they cool.

These measurements are just a guide. Feel free to customize the herbs and spices based on what you enjoy or have on hand.
If you only have chickpeas, oil, salt, and pepper, this recipe still works! The extra seasonings are optional, but they add more flavor.
