1cupfrozen mixed berries
1medium banana, ripe
½ to ¾cupcold wateradjust to your preferred consistency
Instructions
Add the mixed berries, banana, and ½ cup water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more water a little at a time if you'd like a thinner smoothie. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Substitutions: Use fresh berries instead of frozen (add a handful of ice if needed). Replace the banana with ¼ to ½ cup Greek yogurt, ¼ avocado, or ½ cup frozen mango.
