Easy Pecan Pie Recipe
Easy pecan pie recipe that is simply homemade with a perfect balance of sweet and salty! A classic recipe that completes the Thanksgiving feast along with pumpkin pie and apple pie.

Ingredients
- 1 cup corn syrup (dark or light)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 and ½ cups pecans coarsely chopped
- 1 store-bought 9-inch pie crust unbaked or frozen
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
Notes
Make sure to preheat oven at the right temperature. Use an oven thermometer if possible or preheat your oven atleast 20-30 minutes.
