These homemade bagels are so deliciously cheesy you have to make it right now! This recipe is made of mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, and eggs plus seasoned with everything but the bagel seasoning. No yeast or kneading required!

Ingredients
1 and ½cupsalmond flour
1tablespoonbaking powder
2 and ½cupspre-shredded mozzarella cheese
2ouncescream cheese
1egg
1extra egg yolkreserve the egg white for the egg wash
egg wash from reserve egg white
everything but the bagelfor topping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together almond flour and baking powder. Sifting is optional but helps remove any lumps.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until melted, then stir until smooth.

Add the almond flour mixture to the melted cheese, then mix in the eggs. Stir and fold everything together until a dough forms. The dough will be sticky, so lightly oil your hands for easier handling.

Divide the dough into six equal portions. Roll each piece into a small log, then connect the ends to form a bagel shape. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
Brush the bagels with the reserved egg white for a golden finish. Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds if desired. If you prefer a milder taste, you can add toppings after baking instead.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the bagels cool before serving.

Oil your hands when forming the dough because it can be very sticky
Everything but the bagel seasoning is optional, you may choose not to top your bagels with it.
Make sure your baking powder is not out of date. This will cause your bagels to spread.
